Reserving Campus Facilities
Many resources are available to help faculty, staff, students and the public plan events on the Georgia College & State University campus. Facility Reservations assists with space for meetings, receptions, rehearsals, noncredit courses and other nonacademic programs.
Internal Facility Requests
If you have GSCU credentials you can make an internal facility request through 25Live.
External Facility Requests
If you do not have GCSU credentials you can request an external facility request through this form.
Reservation Process
Submitting a facility reservation request does not guarantee that the space has been reserved. All requests are subject to review and approval. You will receive confirmation once your reservation has been approved.

Magnolia Ballroom is a premier event hosting space that regularly hosts weddings, concerts, and awards ceremonies.

Arts & Science Auditorium (A&S)

Willow
